Added Value Consulting

Follow up consultations take place three weeks after training with all participants or a targeted few. The participants set the agenda. The consultations are 45 minutes in length, and primarily focus on integrating seminar training commitments into daily productivity routines. Then introducing new practices for building on the productivity spectrum.

Sessions may tackle issues associated with efficiency, maximizing office space, setting up systems to work-flow processes, and handling electronic, paper and voice mail information, always following the Organizing by Degrees™ methodology.
