Shawn Kershaw is a productivity consultant. Shawn Kershaw, Inc. was founded in 1995 to help clients effectively eliminate the negative impact of disorganization. Shawn’s consultations are targeted at individuals in a fast-paced corporate environment who are virtually drowning in information overload. Shawn and her clients analyze their workload, work flow and organizational style. Together they develop strategies to focus on critical priorities, goals and general day-to-day responsibilities.
Her corporate training seminars have helped thousands of participants improve their effectiveness and "give back" time to be used more productively. A key to the success of these seminars is the customized content, which reflects the nuances of the corporation’s culture. Shawn has delivered customized seminars on personal productivity to thousands of participants in industries such as pharmaceutical, landscape, real estate, non-profit, hospital and government agencies. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners working from home.
Organizing consulting is the perfect vehicle for Shawn to bring all the facets of her work experience into play, including her experience as a teacher and her years in the investment banking industry. Shawn’s strengths include not only her skilled teaching techniques but also the passion, energy and humor she brings to her consultation and training sessions.
Shawn is a founding member and past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). She currently serves as the Specialty Interest Group Committee Chair. In 2005, Shawn was the recipient of the NAPO President’s Award.
Shawn is also a qualified member of the National Speakers Association and serves as the Philadelphia Chapter Secretary
Her other pro bono work includes numerous speaking engagements to nonprofit organizations.
